FAQ
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, and most other countries. You'll see whether we ship to your address at checkout.
How much is shipping?
US orders of $50 or more ship free. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate per order, no matter how many items you buy:
- United States: free on orders $50+, $7.99 under $50
- Canada: $14.99
- All other countries: $19.99
Prices are in US dollars. You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
US orders usually arrive 10–20 days after you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times outside the US vary by country. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders shipped outside the US may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or fees by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping cost, and they're paid by the customer.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you tracking information once your order ships. If you need help, send us a message through our Contact page with your order number.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. Once we've reviewed them, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the shipping you paid.
