Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order, no matter how many items you buy. You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Delivery time
Orders usually arrive 10–20 days after you place them. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can make delivery take longer. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
To check on your order, email us at gibso300@msu.edu with your order number. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you its tracking information.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We'll try to fix it, but once an order has shipped we may not be able to change the address.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, email us at gibso300@msu.edu with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
